What are the age ranges of your clients?

I work with Adults (18+) through through individual therapy. I do not offer couples or family therapy, but can recommend trained colleagues who specialize in these counseling modalities.

What’s your approach to individual therapy?

Individual counseling sessions focus on your specific counseling goals through talk therapy, skill development, and practical application. Together, we map your path to achieve your goals. I provide support and encouragement as you discover and achieve wellness. Depending on your individual counseling goals and timeline for therapy, I offer Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy treatments.

What is the cost of individual therapy?

Individual Psychotherapy Session (60 minutes) = $140/session

Therapy services are self-pay, therefore, I am out of network with all insurance companies. A sliding scale fee is offered upon eligibility and availability for veterans, first responders, and educators. Upon request, I can provide all clients a superbill (detailed receipt of services) to independently submit an insurance claim for reimbursement.
